Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a mailing bag or shipping carton.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
